Checkerboard Coaching Technique sm the Rubrik’s Cube of Coaching
Everyone knows what the rubik’s cube is. It still is something I have not been able to master as few times as I tried, yet I have seen others, no matter how configured it was, make the colors solid. The Checkerboard Coaching Technique is similar in it’s complexity, yet once understood will stay with you and enable you to master what you wish to conquer.
It has been said that many understand what it takes to accomplish what they want, they just do not have the will to do what is necessary to do it. That is true in many cases but I prefer to say that without the right teacher, system or approach, we all can become disillusioned and stop trying.
With that said the application of the law of attraction and the law of the significant few to the game you play will create an unstoppable force. With select focused application in the area of your game you wish to improve you will soon understand anything is possible for you and your team.
If you are a basketball, football, or hockey coach you can simply Google the technique and add any of those sports to the Google and find all the articles available fee on line. Having said that the Chinese proverb comes to mind. The teacher appears when the student is ready. In order to adapt this technique you will need to be open to new thinking about your game, in a mathematical way, much in the same way the Rubik’s cube is really a math problem. I am not a natural in math but if a natural in math told me how to think of that cube and solve it, I think I might be able to.
